Pachuca defeated Monterrey 2-1 on aggregate last night after Victor Guzmán’s goal in the third minute of injury time, delivering Los Tuzos their first league title in nine years.

Guzmán, on loan from Chivas, soared past U.S. national team member Edgar Castillo to land the header; Omar González—whose play helped launch Pachuca to the title—will watch the Copa América from his couch.
